By accessing CosmicDuel and participating in Asteroid Blaster, all space gunners accept the full terms established herein. This interactive entertainment platform is provided solely for personal recreational use. All game mechanics, visual elements, scoring systems, and platform architecture are proprietary to CosmicDuel Corporation.
Participants must be at least 13 years of age. Users between 13 and 17 require documented parental or guardian consent. By proceeding, you confirm your legal capacity to enter binding agreements under applicable law.
Space Gunners agree to use this platform for entertainment purposes only. Prohibited activities include: exploiting game mechanics through unauthorized software, creating automated scripts to manipulate scores, reverse-engineering platform systems, and engaging in any conduct that disrupts other participants' experience.
The following are strictly forbidden: transmitting malicious code into platform infrastructure, creating duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions, engaging in aiming accuracy data manipulation to falsify results, and any conduct that constitutes fraud against CosmicDuel systems or other users.
All visual designs, gameplay mechanics, sound systems, interface elements, and underlying code are protected intellectual property of CosmicDuel Corporation. Participants receive no license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.
CosmicDuel is provided on an "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or guaranteed performance. Space Gunners assume all inherent risks of platform participation.
CosmicDuel Corporation reserves unilateral authority to suspend or permanently terminate platform access for violations of these terms, without prior notice or obligation to provide refunds or compensation.
Under no circumstances shall CosmicDuel be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from platform use, including loss of session data, gameplay progress, or stored performance records.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cosmic Defense Bureau operates, incorporating applicable international digital entertainment standards and consumer protection provisions.
